Booking Terms and Conditions

Guests are welcome at the chalet from 3pm on the day of arrival and must vacate by 10am on the day of departure.

The number of people staying must not exceed the number of permanent beds as listed on this website.

Children are welcome but it is the parent's responsibility to ensure that children are looked after on the premises. We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury that may occur. Please note that the stairs to the bedroom on the top floor are very steep.

We, or our respresentative in Austria, are to be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time whether occupied or not.

We will require a security deposit of £275 to cover any damages or breakages which may occur.

Included in price: water, electricity, heating, tourist tax of 2 Euros per day for over 15 year olds.

Extra: towels and bedlinen £10 per person (compulsory), final cleaning £100 (compulsory), security deposit £275.

Insurance

Travel and cancellation insurance is the guests' personal responsibility

Cancellation

For cancellation more than eight weeks prior you will lose your deposit only. For cancellation less than eight weeks prior you must still pay the full cost of the holiday. If we are able to re-let the property for the period booked we will refund the cost of the holiday minus the deposit. Cancellation must be made in writing either be email (and acknowledged) or Recorded Delivery post.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking.

If guests fail to observe any of the conditions we reserve the right to insist that guests leave the property at once without any refund.
